About us
Growing up is not always easy, we understand that and have always wanted to help. We’ve donated to causes in China and USA over the last 12 years but knew we could do more.
In 2024, we formalise this through The Pan Dickinson Foundation, a global charity helping to create sustainable futures for future generations across Education, Health, Environmental, Poverty, and Disaster Relief.

December 2025 Update
Hong Kong Children’s Hospital is a charity that sits especially close to our hearts. As parents, we understand the fear and uncertainty that families face when a child is unwell and we want to stand alongside them.
Our twice-yearly donations provide financial support to the hospital’s medical teams and facilities, helping advance critical services that save lives and relieve the suffering of young patients across Hong Kong. By supporting the professionals who dedicate their lives to caring for children, we hope to ease the burden on families and contribute to a healthier, brighter future for children in Hong Kong.

Giving back
Jonathan Dickinson is a successful entrepreneur who founded modernspace in 1989. The business employs 1000 people globally and is widely recognized as an industry leader for its successful partnership with some of the biggest brands in retail. Jonathan moved to Shanghai in 2002 when the business opened overseas, it is here that he met his wife, Peggy. They share a collective passion and care for helping others, and since having their two children, extended this same passion to them through the Pan Dickinson Foundation.
Education
Education forms the foundation of every child’s journey, helping to shape their future and opportunities. Unfortunately, we live in a time where countless children worldwide are denied this fundamental right due to financial constraints. We have seen firsthand the transformative power quality education has on a child.

Poverty and health are deeply intertwined. They form a complex relationship that affects millions of people, families, and communities worldwide. We harness a comprehensive approach that addresses social, economic, and environmental factors of health.
There is a special emphasis on mental health as we recognize that half of us will experience a mental health disorder in our lifetime. Our mission is to support individuals dealing with mental health challenges by raising awareness and advocating for access to necessary resources.
To further ensure sustainable health futures we continue to provide relief of essential medical supplies, institutes, and health professionals who have been outstanding in their fields with grants, donations, scholarships, and awards.

Environmental
We educate our future generation about the importance of creating sustainable futures, promoting, and maintaining sustainable consumption, and environmentally friendly lifestyles in all areas we operate.
To enhance public awareness and understanding of water pollution, we coordinate and financially support beach clean-up initiatives in Hong Kong, with plans to expand this globally. These efforts aim to minimize waste and plastic pollution in our seas and educate people on the importance of maintaining our environment for a sustainable future. We actively promote shark conservation by educating primary and secondary school students on the importance of reducing the consumption of shark products in Hong Kong.

Poverty Relief
In America, 653,104 people are homeless each night. 111,620 of those are children. Despite being one of the wealthiest nations, the United States faces a significant challenge in providing adequate housing and support to all its citizens. Thousands lack basic necessities such as shelter, food, water, clothing, medical supplies, and a place to call home.
We are dedicated to raising awareness and funds for poverty relief. We proudly support Saint Thomas the Apostle Hollywood Church, donating financial aid, food, water, clothing, and essential medical supplies to homeless individuals in the local community. Along with your support, we can make an even greater impact.

Natural disasters affect 218 million people and claim 68,000 lives each year. Earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, wildfires, and pandemics not only destroy homes and infrastructures but disrupt innocent lives and livelihoods, leaving a profound impact on communities across the world. The aftermath leaves those affected without basic necessities such as food, water, shelter, clothing, and medical aid.
To support the millions of innocent victims, we provide financial support and donations to the areas and people affected. By offering emergency aid, resources for rebuilding, and support for long-term recovery, we help communities regain stability.
